MELBOURNE METRO ACCOMMODATION'S GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS |
1.
Registration and Check In
Upon Arrival or prior to arrival, all guests will be required
to complete and sign Central City Accommodation's standard registration
form, and accept the standard business terms and conditions.
2.
Reservations
All confirmed Reservations are held in good faith to the arrival
and departure dates specified in the Confirmation Email, at the
specified fixed rate.
To Confirm Reservations, either a current valid credit card or
a security deposit is required. The deposit is fully REFUNDABLE
at the end of your stay, if there are no losses of chattels or
damages to property.
Variations to these terms and conditions
may apply during peak periods at the discretion of Central City
Accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS INDEPENDENT
OF THE ACCOMMODATION CHARGES.

Check In and Check out times
Usual Check in time is after 2pm - early
check in may be available but not guaranteed.
Check out time is before 10 am - late checkouts
may be available but not be guaranteed.
Day use of room until 6pm is an additional charge of AUD $60.00.
Check In/out after 12 Midnight and before 6am may incurr an additional
Charge.
3. Tariff
If accommodation is booked under a longer term or Promotional
tariff, and the apartment is vacated before reaching the minimum
number of nights applicable to that tariff, charges will be adjusted
to the tariff appropriate to the actual length of stay.
4. Payment Type
Central City Accommodation Melbourne Serviced Apartments accept
Cash, Master Cards , Visa Cards, and BankCards.
Cheques are not accepted as payment for accommodation unless received,
banked and cleared 10 days prior to arrival as a full pre-paid
deposit.
5. Credit Card Policy
Your credit card details will be destroyed in accordance with
the Privacy Act once our business transaction has been finalised.
We may debit your credit card for any incidental damages you cause
on the property or any outstanding payments relating to your stay
in Central City Accommodation Serviced Apartments.
Payment of accommodation by credit card
incurr a 3% bank fee.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is made before 14 days prior to arrival date
– full refund will be given (Not applicable to special events
periods)
If between 14 – 7 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the arrival
date, no refund will be given, however the money can be rolled-over,
or transferred to another person.
Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit
card on the confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
For special events periods, all deposits
and payments are non-refundable if booking is cancelled
7. Minimum Night Stays
Four (4) nights minimum stays apply
